During the COVID-19 Epidemic Lockdown Ingledale Therpay Centre is currently closed. Gemma, Paul and Rachel are currently unable to see clients face to face. Please be reassured we will be back to practice as soon as is safe to do so with all the neccesary precautions in place. It is important at this time that we support our Government in their decision making and help them save the NHS.
Where does this leave you? Although we are not in practice and can not see you face to face we are still here to help. We can be contacted by email as usual and will aim to reply as quickly as possible. You may just need advice or some self help so we are more than happy to call you back and if neccesary we can provide exercises by email or by short video clips sent to your phone. We will also be able to let you know if you need to seek any further medical advice from your GP, MInor Injuries or Accident and Emergency department.
We will provide you with as much advice as possible thorughout this time so look out for further blogs and follow us on social media.
